Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery for refund.
When returning items please include the item with proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 7 days.

All earrings are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE. 

It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Replacements for broken pieces are only accepted 7 days after delivery date, restrictions may apply.

NO Exchanges.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Exceptions

The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as final sale, discounted items and earrings.

LOST PACKAGES

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this!

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product + pictures. We will get back to you with instructions on the process.
